There’s two magical times of day at the beach… sunrise and sunset. Caroline and George knew they wanted a Watersound Beach engagement session since George’s family calls Watersound their second home. But they also fell in love with Seaside Florida. When trying to decide how to hit all their favorite spots, in all the best light, we proposed that they actually do two sessions!
We spent sunrise in Watersound Beach, walking down to the beach via the winding boardwalks and back up to their place, where they toasted each other with champagne on the rooftop balcony.
Later in the afternoon, Seaside was the focus. From the Interfaith Chapel, to the idyllic Post Office, to the Ruskin Pavillion and finally, ending on the beach. Caroline let us know well in advance that she would love to have some photos of her and George in the water together. Joseph came prepared with swim trunks and enthusiasm! We love clients who are fearless, up for anything, and willing to go above and beyond for the sake of getting something unique to them. Caroline and George will be getting married in Mexico next year and we’re sure it’s going to be just as exciting as their engagement session.
