Some of you have met Kade. He’s one of our lighting assistants and he is super handy to have around.
A few months ago we asked Kade and Sophie to let Joseph do some cool stuff with them while putting new lighting gear to the test. Of course, when I saw Sophie’s killer prom dress, it was obvious what they should wear.
They started out in the studio for a bit and continued outside after the sun went down. I love the moody portraits that fit Kade and Sophie’s style.
In case you’re curious, the new gear was Profoto A1 lights! It’s pretty incredible what you can do with these little powerhouse flashes.
