The rooftop of the Pearl Hotel is becoming quite the hot spot for destination weddings. Couples love the full service hotel experience, gorgeous suites, top-notch restaurant, and all of it within sunset viewing distance of the beach. As local Rosemary Beach wedding photographers, we love the convenience of everything being in one place. And we adore the lovely crew of professionals (Yes, you Zoe!) who make sure our couples are well cared for.
Laura and Brian are a long-distance couple. Living in different states, they chose the Pearl Hotel as a central location for their friends and family to join them for the weekend. Laura’s suite overlooked Main Street in Rosemary Beach. It provided the perfect location for her to spend the morning with her closest while perfecting her look for the day. Brian was just one floor up, getting ready for his bride.
Following their first look and a few portraits of the couple, Laura and Brian walked down the aisle and said “I do” with Pastor Eric leading the ceremony. Every stunning floral detail was already in place for their reception on the rooftop. Designed by the incredibly talented Myrtie Blue, the details were soft and elegant. The tables were set for a seated dinner and after the ceremony, a beautiful geode cake by Bake My Day was placed under the floral arch.
Brian and Laura were announced at their reception followed by their first dance as husband and wife to Gimme Some Lovin’. Kyle Lamonica magnificently performed a selection of their favorite music throughout the evening.
